Our ONLINE tools will make planning a breeze... from choosing songs, dedications and creating timelines. Everything is available online 24/7 and can be easily accessed from a mobile device.
Our DISCO planning system is very easy to use and you can make use of it as often as you need uptil 48 hours before the event.
The system is split into specific areas.

If you prefer a paper copy of any form, these can also be printed using the website.
This is our busiest part of the online disco planner! This section is all about your requests and dedications. We do urge our clients to use this section. It really helps us understand your likes and dislikes.
These are your 'must have' song requests. Songs that are important to you that you just can't live without!
PLAY IF POSSIBLE
You may have some great choices that you would appreciate hearing, but won't be crucial to the event. We will use our experience to read the crowd and play accordingly. Sometimes there isn't just enough time to fit them all in, so we will always do out best to play as much as we can for you.
These will usually include a 'shout out' for a particular guest.

We'll keep away from these songs!
Usually reserved for background music during meals etc.
Sometimes it's good to have your guests input to the music choices too. We provide that option for you. You have the option to send certain guests a link, which they can place their requests well before the big day.
We don't recommend sending it to everyone, just a handful of trusted people. However, you do get full access to their requests in case you wish to make any amendments/deletes!
All your event's details are stored for easy access. It keeps us all organised and singing from the same sheet. Some items can be changed by yourself, but some cannot be changed and you can request a change.
For example, you would like to add a Photobooth to your package. Not a problem, you can request the change, we will confirm back to you and update the costs accordingly.
PAYMENTS and FINANCES
Your online DISCO portal also gives a breakdown of all payments made and the total package price.
Most of our payments are made through the PAYPAL gateway. We don't take any debit/credit card details from you. PAYPAL is a secure system. If you do not have a PAYPAL account - you can use regular debit/credit cards through the system.
Our system will accept payments at any time. Once you have paid the initial booking fee, you can then spread the remaining balance over several months if you prefer.
We do request all remaining balances are paid at least 40 days before any event.
We use several planning forms, for the various packages that we offer.
This is an example of the TIMELINE form. This form allows you to input a whole schedule for the event. Creating your own labels, Activity and Comments.
This is a useful form to keep updated. Some of the items might not be specific for the DJ/Disco, but you can also print off copies to give to other suppliers, photographer, catering etc.
